Minutes from Meeting on 3/14/209

A report was given about incorporating the Association so that eventually the organization would have not-for-profit status. The president proposed this business development to improve funding and resource aquirement goals. The cost of the incorporation is between $1000 and $1200. Mr. Grady will follow-up to see if the association was ever incorporated.

The annual block party will be August 15th the rain date will be August 29th.

Spring tag sale slated for April 25th- start cleaning out those brownstones and donate to the tag sale, proceeds will go to general account.

A signage program was presented. All were in favor of "curb your dog" and "community watch signs". Signs will be posted on light poles.
